A Bit About Us

Everyone ages. It’s an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Hart Care Center is here to help. We listen closely to our residents in order to understand their needs and limitations, then discuss and determine potential solutions.

We combine physical, occupational, and speech therapies along with skilled nursing to provide care to both short term and long term residents.

We specialize in care and therapy services for a wide range of diagnoses including, but not limited to, orthopedic injuries, stroke recovery, and cardio pulmonary rehab. We use diverse treatment techniques and our therapists have received extensive continuing education and are modality certified.
